STW isn’t going to be used as a political forum - we won’t openly advocate one candidate over another, but will just hope whoever is elected promotes a program of equality for all, regardless of race, gender, age, or sexual orientation, and guarantees a better system to help the less fortunate.  And adopting a strictly anti-discrimination stance means that we won’t force our views on anyone else.  Just realize that if you’re as sick as everyone else of what amounts to political discourse today, casting a vote is one of the few solitary ways of rising above the cacophony.
