Lesson #1332 - Apologies

I really like how apologizing insincerely has secretly become a competition among politicians, celebrities, and everyone else whose apology is part of an issued statement. How has no one picked up on this? It feels like enough of a secret game that we could probably draft a fantasy league if we wanted to.
