Lesson #1407 - Learning Styles

I really, really wish I'd realized the double connection back when I was trying to learn German in college at the same time as fluid mechanics. At some point, learning is all about attitude; the second you excuse yourself for having trouble at it because you have trouble at it, from then on, strangely enough, you will have trouble at it.

Basically, the "sorry, my brain just isn't good at this" excuse is pretty lame. If you think math is hard, imagine how someone trying to rationalize the arbitrary i-before-e-or-is-it-the-other-way-around rule feels.
