Freeganism is an incredibly interesting lifestyle, that probably only really works when you're a student in college. If you're unaware of what freeganism entails, you're not allowed to pay for anything. So ideally, you live in an area where you have access to free food everywhere. It's more complicated and not as ridiculous as thatNewsweek writer made it seem last year, but still probably too hard for most people to pull off effectively.
