Surviving the World

A Photocomic Education by Dante Shepherd

Lesson #1858 - Chinchillas

My sister has a chinchilla (happy birthday, Em), and she likes to sing a raisin song to it, and I'd share it with you but just the thought is reminding me that I have to eat a pound of raisins for your delight. Sigh.

Anyway, this is an incredibly late update today because of a number of real-life issues (an NSF proposal due, summer grades due, Cannonball getting molars), so I'll let this comic sit through the end of the day tomorrow, and then post two someday this weekend to make up for it. In the meantime, here are updates on other projects:

SCIENCE THE WORLD: Some of my undergraduate researchers are working on a hot air balloon STEM project, which led to this great line, and there's also an acid/base/cabbage/basil project in the works, too, which has been pretty awesome! I think a lot of you are going to really like the experiments we're putting together.

PHD UNKNOWN: We're several pages into the chapter, perhaps you should jump onboard?
