Just like was the case for Bowie - I don't really have anything to add. I'm sure I'm probably wrong with my very limited perspective. Go elsewhere if you want someone who could actually provide anything even remotely approaching context. Best I can say, I've always really, really enjoyed "Starfish and Coffee", and that someone wouldn't just write a song like it but fully commit to it as well.
