Sometimes I sit in on a seminar and just listen to the level of the questions being asked by the audience, and I know intelligent discussion on any subject is possible. All it would depend on is how well you could master each scenario transition. How would President / Prime Minister Goat handle such a situation? Oh, if only we could get great minds thinking alike.

And yes, solutions from such a discussion would likely be rejected by society at large, but hey, what can you do.
